It seems like my Laptop iPhone Mount doesn't have 3 angles like the page shows, why's that?
Please make sure you attach the Laptop iPhone Mount at the TOP LEFT CORNER of the laptop as the instruction shows. That's the best position for the Laptop iPhone Mount so you can switch among three modes easily with its origami design.
Can I repeatedly stick the Laptop iPhone Mount on my laptop?
No, we suggest users do not reposition it because its adhesive is strong and will wear if it's re-sticked.
Can it be attached to an uneven or curved surfaces?
No, the mount can't be attached to uneven, curved, or any surface that's not metal or plastic. We recommend attaching it to a laptop surface with a smooth, flat back for the optimal performance.
Can it be used on phones with a case or MOFT X Phone Stand & Wallet?
Will the angle of the laptop screen be limited?
Yes, when the laptop screen is at an angle >100°, the laptop phone holder might not work because the gravity of the laptop screen will be at the rear. We recommend using it with the Invisible Laptop Stand (esp. when it’s used as a top-side phone holder).
My phone falls from the holder sometimes.
Please check if your phone case is MagSafe compatible or if the magnetic strength of the case is weak. If the bare phone works normally, then the case’s magnetic strength might be too weak. In addition, please make sure the mount attached leaves enough space for the phone to snap on.
What type of phones could this work on it?
It's certainly compatible with iPhone 14/13/12 series or even with the MagSafe case. And can be used universally for non-MagSafe phones with our Snap Magnetic Ring.
